• Develop a high-level project implementation plan.
• Develop a budgetary cost estimate for the project, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX).
• Prepare a Feasibility Study Report and present the findings to key stakeholders.

ENGINEERING DESIGN

Just "going by the book", without a deeper understanding of the physical characteristics of a project's location and its influence on the design and performance of engineering works, will lead to bad decisions and entails significant risks.
